For DSMers that are serious about their suspension setups, Jay Racing presents these Spherical Bearing Front Lateral Lower Control Arms.
We replaced the stock rubber bushings with spherical bearings, and of course, we did it the proper way: we bored out the stock bushing bore to precise size to accommodate a press-fit for the bearings and for extra insurance, machined in a circlip groove, then we pressed in the bearing(s) and added a circlip. We also machined some spacers/standoffs that fit precisely into the inner bore of the spherical bearing and properly match the stock bushings dimensions. Both stock bushings replaced with spherical bearings. These arms are totally plug & play. They are designed to use the same size fasteners as stock.
