The Banks Power Single Monster Exhaust System - 48331 is the open, free flowing, great sounding exhaust system for your 1999-2006 4.3L, 4.8L or 5.4L Chevy/GMC 1500 pickup truck with a standard cab short bed configuration.
Banks' 3" constant-diameter Monster exhaust pipes-formed of heavy-duty stainless steel-bolt behind the catalytic converter to slash backpressure up to 94%, improving 0-60 mph acceleration times by 1/3 of a second (4.5% quicker). The straight-through 3" Monster muffler delivers a throaty, yet civil, exhaust note and more than doubles stock flow (up to a 141% improvement). 6"X5" weld-on ob-round polished-stainless angle-cut rolled-edge tip (patent pending). Installation of the direct-fit system is bolt-on easy. Fully compatible with GM's factory warranty.
